Vienna, VA < September 9th, 2026 > Armedia LLC, a provider of government-focused IT solutions and the developer of the ArkCase case management platform has been positioned in the Major Players Category in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Software Platforms for National Civilian Government AI-Enabled Case Management 2026 Vendor Assessment (doc #US53717226, June 2026).

The IDC MarketScape evaluated software platform vendors through the IDC MarketScape model, providing a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the characteristics that contribute to vendor success in the national civilian government case management market.

Ray Azarm, VP of Enterprise Practices at Armedia, said, “Federal civilian agencies are under real pressure to modernize case operations without giving up the auditability and records integrity their missions depend on. That has been our focus for more than fifteen years, and it is what ArkCase was built to deliver. We are proud to be evaluated in this assessment, and we see it as validation of the direction our team and our customers have shaped together.”

Armedia has invested in ArkCase as a case management platform for FOIA and public records processing, regulatory docketing and e-filing, and investigative and legal casework. ArkCase holds a FedRAMP Moderate Authorization to Operate and is also available as an open-source community edition. Armedia continues to expand AI capabilities within ArkCase for agency-controlled deployments, with an emphasis on configurable adoption, data residency, and workflow transparency.
