Vienna, VA, Jan. 10, 2020—Armedia, LLC and State of Hawaii have signed a Participating Addendum for the NASPO ValuePoint contract.  This addendum initiates the offering for the software and services of a complete cloud-based Public Records Request solution to all departments, agencies, institutions, and other eligible entities within the State of Hawaii.
