VIENNA, V.a., August 27, 2020—The Department of Justice INTERPOL Washington, U.S. National Central Bureau has partnered with ArkCase to implement a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) solution. With the implementation of ArkCase, the USNCB will have a tool to manage the FOIA inquiries it receives with increased response time, reduced risk of lost information, and the ability to search for critical information among FOIA requests.
The ArkCase FOIA solution also includes:
• Ability to receive FOIA request via email and FOIA.GOV portal
• Ability to assign and store case tracking information
• Redaction with exemption codes
• Cost tracking
• Complete reporting module
• Correspondence template module
