ArkCase for the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) eDockets Solution

Vienna, VA <July 5th, 2024> – The Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) has chosen and continues to use Armedia to implement ArkCase’s electronic filing and docketing system, here referred to as eDockets to streamline their filing process, increase efficiency and reduce reliance on paper documents.

The eDockets system serves Commission as the central repository for all documents filed with the PRC and handles public and non-public evidentiary materials and pleadings. It also includes extensive search features and other functionalities used to support the Postal Regulatory Commission’s workflow, as well as to assist external users’ research needs and their interactions with the Commission.

The eDockets system is a secure online portal where users can electronically upload their documents and file them directly with the Commission. Any user may search eDockets, which serves as the primary repository for the majority of Commission decisions and documents filed with the agency. Users can search Commission decisions and documents filed with the Commission, stay updated on new filings submitted to the Commission, and establish accounts to create and submit filings with the Commission. The eDockets system is hosted and maintained on Armedia’s secure FedRAMP Content Cloud.
